Any vehicle illegally parked on the Common Elements of the Association must be removed by the owner. Notice of violation will be given by a sticker placed on any such vehicles. Any vehicles not removed within twenty-four (24) hours after the sticker is placed will be towed at the owner's expense.

Illegally parked vehicles refer to those vehicles that are:

Parked on any lawn or landscaped areas

Parked in the fire lanes or obstructing hydrants

Parked at the entrances or exits of all buildings obstructing such entrances and exits

Parked in an assigned space without the owner's permission

Parked in "No Parking" areas

Parked in "Reserved Areas" without specific permission form the Association office

Parked in a guest spot without being moved for more than two (2) consecutive days without specific permission from the Association office may be towed.

Vehicles parked or stored in assigned owner spaces, unless specifically exempted by the Association office may be towed.

Parked in any assigned owner spaces, guest spots or reserved areas without displaying a valid bar code or a valid guest pass

Parked in a Handicapped Parking space without having the proper valid and current permit properly displayed.

Vehicles that are inoperable, severely damaged or appear to have been abandoned are prohibited from being parked and/or stored on the property

Any vehicles without a current registration/tag will be towed at the owner's expense

Parking spaces assigned to each owner are for the use of personal non-commercial vehicles only. Each occupant shall park his/her vehicle in the parking space assigned to that unit and building. Commercial vehicles parked overnight will be towed at owner's expense.
