PARKING AREA

 

  1. Parking spaces assigned to each owner are for the use of personal non-commercial vehicles only. Each occupant shall park his/her vehicle in the parking space assigned to that unit and building. Commercial vehicles parked overnight will be towed at owner's expense.

 

(a) Motorcycles and motor scooters are restricted to parking areas designated by the Association for such use and may not be driven on the Village grounds. This does not include powered scooters and chairs used by persons with disabilities (ADA).

 

(b) No boats, trailers or campers are permitted on Village grounds.

 

  1. Automobiles are prohibited from remaining in guest spots without being moved for a period longer than two (2) consecutive days unless specifically exempted by permission of the Association Office. Such permission must be displayed on the dashboard.

 

  1. Except in emergencies, there shall be no repairs of motor vehicles made while on the condominium property.

 

  1. Car washing is allowed only in the designated car wash area between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The present car wash area is located behind the Grenoble Building but may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the Association. Only unit owners, Lessees or occupants may utilize the car wash area. Visitors are prohibited from using the car wash area.

 

  1. All vehicles must be parked head in, and no vehicle shall occupy more than one (1) space at a time.

 

  1. Vehicles that are inoperable, severely damaged or appear to have been abandoned are prohibited from being parked and/or stored on the property.

 

  1. Any vehicles without a current registration/tag will be towed at owner's expense. Any vehicles parked without a bar code on the drivers side back window or temporary permit displayed on the dashboard may be towed at owner's expense.

ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES TOWING PROCEDURES 

Any vehicle illegally parked on the Common Elements of the Association must be removed by the owner. Notice of violation will be given by a sticker placed on any such vehicles. Any vehicles not removed within twenty-four (24) hours after the sticker is placed will be towed at the owner's expense.

Illegally parked vehicles refer to those vehicles that are:

Parked on any lawn or landscaped areas

Parked in the fire lanes or obstructing hydrants

Parked at the entrances or exits of all buildings obstructing such entrances and exits

Parked in an assigned space without the owner's permission

Parked in "No Parking" areas

Parked in "Reserved Areas" without specific permission form the Association office

Parked in a guest spot without being moved for more than two (2) consecutive days without specific permission from the Association office may be towed.

Vehicles parked or stored in assigned owner spaces, unless specifically exempted by the Association office may be towed.

Parked in any assigned owner spaces, guest spots or reserved areas without displaying a valid bar code or a valid guest pass

Parked in a Handicapped Parking space without having the proper valid and current permit properly displayed.
