PETSNo dogs are permitted in any common area of International Village including the picnic area.
Effective March 18, 2011, no pets shall be kept in any unit except for a bird or a cat. All service animals must be registered with the Association Office. Residents must file all the necessary medical records supporting the need for said animal, and records will be confirmed by the Association Attorney.
Pet dogs already on the premises as of March 18, 2011 shall be grandfathered in. Such pet dogs must be registered with the Association Office and proof of rabies vaccination given. If the unit owner did not register their pet dog in 2011, that pet dog shall NOT be considered grandfathered in. All registered dogs must have an Association ID tag renewable each year for a fee of $10.00. This tag must always be worn when such pet dog is outside the owner's unit. Animals shall not be walked on any portion of the common elements of the Association. Upon the demise of pet dogs, no replacement pet dog will be allowed. All dogs which do not conform to the above are prohibited from being in International Village at any time.
